Application scope:
1. Used for the production of paper and cellulose pulp.
2. Used for the production of soap, synthetic detergents, synthetic fatty acids, and the refining of animal and vegetable fats.
3. In the textile printing and dyeing industry, it is used as a cotton fabric desizing agent, refining agent, and silk finishing agent.
4. The chemical industry is used to produce borax, sodium cyanide, oxalic acid, phenol, etc.
5. The petroleum industry is used to refine petroleum products and in drilling mud for oil fields. It is also used for surface treatment in the production of alumina, metallic zinc, and metallic copper, as well as in the production of glass, enamel, leather, and dyes.
6. Food grade sodium hydroxide is used in the food industry as an acid neutralizer, a peeler for citrus, peach, and other fruits, a detergent for empty bottles, cans, and other containers, as well as a decolorizer and deodorizer.
7. It can also be used as an alkaline desiccant. Sodium hydroxide is widely used in the national economy and is required by many industrial sectors. Such as papermaking, aluminum refining, tungsten refining, artificial silk, artificial cotton, and soap manufacturing. In addition, in the production of dyes, plastics, and organic intermediates, the regeneration of old rubber, the electrolysis of metal sodium and water, and the production of inorganic salts, a large amount of sodium hydroxide is also used to produce borax, chromium salts, manganese salts, phosphates, etc.
